IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:

Due to my travel schedule, I am not always working from my office. If you would like an in-person appointment, please book an appointment for your desired date and time, then email me that you would like your appointment to be in-person. I will confirm this change with you via email.

*In-person appointments are conducted in my office near Annapolis, MD. For your comfort, if you are allergic to or nervous around dogs, I recommend selecting a virtual appointment.

Appointments are for individual readings: one person. This is the most effective way to get the most out of your time with me.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

Clients may change or cancel existing appointments more than 24 hours in advance using the Change/Cancel appointment link in the confirmation email.

Due to the fee policy of the payment processing company, all refunds will exclude processing fees.

Please contact me if you would like to make any changes to your appointment, including cancellations, less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals in excess of 10 minutes. No-shows and late arrival appointments are considered void and will not be rescheduled.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Andrea Neville LLC.
