Cancellation and Refund Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Andrea Neville LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments more than 24 hours in advance by using the Change/Cancel appointment link in the confirmation email.

• Due to payment processing policies, refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• No-shows and late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes are considered forfeited appointments and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• All refunds and exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Andrea Neville LLC.
