Andrea Neville LLC will not do a reading to see what someone other than the client receiving the reading is doing or feeling. Andrea Neville LLC also will not do a reading or healing session for anyone under 18 years old without the express permission of a parent or guardian.

No guarantee can be made as to the complete accuracy of a reading. The contents of a reading are not legally binding. Andrea Neville LLC assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided.

Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment at all times.

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

Clients may change or cancel existing appointments more than 24 hours in advance using the Change/Cancel appointment link in the confirmation email.

Due to the fee policy of the payment processing company, all refunds will exclude processing fees.

Please contact me if you would like to make any changes to your appointment, including cancellations, less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals in excess of 10 minutes. No-shows and late arrival appointments are considered void and will not be rescheduled.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Andrea Neville LLC.
