I work as a psychic medium, spiritual teacher, healer, and a channel.
I have a history of psychic awareness and Spirit interactions. As a small child, I played with my spirit guides and visited with the nature spirits in the field, under an apple tree, near my home. I had angel visitations and would often “see” things before they happened. I even lived with a ghost when I was 19. All of this was my private world, and I did not speak of it to many.
In 2000, the birth of my daughter was a portal opening me to new experiences, awareness, and understanding. I tried new things like acupuncture, flower essences, and oracle cards. I experienced new ways of connecting to Nature and Angels more fully developing my communication with them. My curiosity kept me learning and willing to explore. In 2003, I realized I could share my insights with others and quietly did so. Then, in 2011, the phone rang and someone I didn’t know asked for a reading. The requests kept coming, and I began offering readings in the hope and with the intention of helping others.
I have been taught by Spirit, and I respect and value the opportunity to assist you. I am honest, authentic, compassionate, and direct. I will create a safe and loving environment where your needs are heard and respected.
I am a lifelong learner and from an early age wanted to become a teacher. I completed a master’s degree in education and taught grades 7-12 and college classes. I also worked several years developing national educational programming with non-profit and state agencies. I loved it. However, Spirit had other plans. I was teaching college classes when I realized my skills as a psychic and a medium were taking the lead in my life. It was necessary to make working with Spirit my number one priority. Now, when my guides present new opportunities, I say yes!
I try to keep an open mind, see other’s perspectives and learn from them. I am 100% not perfect; I am willing to call myself out and reframe my thinking. I am courageous because I show up to do the hard work. I know life is for continued learning and spiritual evolution. I know, I know so much - but I am still remembering.
I am “down to earth” while at the same time living a life interacting with and knowing higher perspectives, dimensions, and beings. I have the pleasure of falling in like with new people regularly and I genuinely care about you. I feel fortunate to see and know the light that is you.

I live near Annapolis, Maryland with my husband and pup. Even though my daughter is now an adult, one of my favorite nomenclatures is still “Lauren’s mom.” I love easily. I find adventure in everyday things.
I like all genres of rock music, but my favorite is heavy metal. I also enjoy classical music. I like to read but do not indulge often enough. I love chocolate. One of my best gifts is laughter – I laugh a lot, especially at myself. I talk to myself, too, and, of course, I answer back …
